For out-of-town guests, we will have reserved a block of rooms at a conveniently located hotel. Please use the link on our website to book your room at a discounted rate.  We will also provide a list of alternative hotels for those interested.  Alternatively AirBnB might be a preferable option for some of our guests.  More information will be made available, as and when, only to those who know.
